Orders & Acceptance

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Delivery

Delays may occur due to courier issues or factors beyond our control. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service. Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Important Notes:
- Hygiene-sensitive items (bedding, duvets, pillows) cannot be returned if opened or used unless faulty
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. Cancellations
