Refund Policy
At Cube Line, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help as long as the terms below are met.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
For hygiene reasons, used bedding, pillows, duvets, or opened sealed items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged, defective, or incorrect item Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process above.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet our policy conditions
- Cube Line is not responsible for returns lost in transit please use tracked shipping
